Whisper Whim is a beautiful property nestled in a very peaceful subdivision just south west of Calgary. The suite is gorgeous and very comfortable with plenty of room for two people. Private entrance with parking stall, outdoor patio off large bedroom. Bedroom is very spacious and includes an iron and ironing board in closet, it also has great charging stations on both sides of bed for all your personal devices. Kitchenette has everything you need including fridge, toaster oven, microwave, induction hot plate, kuerig coffee machine. Bathroom is well appointed with large walk-in shower and houses stacking washer dryer combo. Living area is warm and cozy with plenty room to relax. Also you will get a kick out of their silent “roomba” machine that randomly roams the outdoor area cutting the grass.
Our hosts were wonderful, very friendly and well informed about the area, never intrusive. We loved the quick access to Calgary and Okotoks. We also visited near by Granary Road Farmers Market and Spruce Meadows. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back to Whisper Whim.

Staying at Whisper Whim Guesthouse was a fantastic experience.
The ombience was relaxing while watching a bubbling pond with country views.
Spruce Meadows was close enough that I was able to take in a couple of shows during the Masters Tournament.
The suite was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet.
The hosts were very helpful, but not intrusive.
You won't be disappointed!!

I had the opportunity to stay at a delightful location out in the country and it was just the retreat I needed! Whisper Whim Guesthouse is in a magical setting with lots of greenspace to explore. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it's so calming and peaceful birdwatching by the pond and waterfall, or you can retreat into the quiet, tastefully appointed suite to recharge. I had some of my best sleeps while I was there!
Pat and Darcy are friendly, accommodating, and just the perfect mix of giving you space and offering conversation. Being a dog lover, the 'boys' were a highlight! Without a flicker of doubt, I am happy to recommend Whisper Whim Guesthouse!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Whisper Whim and it was an absolute dream! From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were transported to a world of tranquility and beauty. We visited in the summer and the exterior grounds (especially the potted containers) were stunning
The attention to detail in every corner of this charming abode is truly commendable. The decor exudes a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy sitting area and plush furnishings made for a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding area.
The amenities provided were exceptional - from the well equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathroom, no detail has been overlooked. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the rock pond and water feature from the covered patio. Waking up to the sight of rolling hills and the distant sound of a babbling brook was a memory I'll cherish forever. The serene surroundings provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The hosts were incredibly gracious and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their local recommendations were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems and must-visit spots in the area - be sure to wade in the river ford if you love splashing dogs and check out the Granary Road for lovely local food, crafts and fun
If you're seeking a peaceful retreat that combines charm, comfort, and a touch of magic, Whisper Whim is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return and experience this enchanting haven again!
